Meet the team
We’re Tom and Ajay, the founders of Nextt -- a platform that helps people validate big ideas before taking big risk.
We've launched hundreds of experiments, built multiple companies, and helped raise over $100 million in funding using a very specific set of strategies, tactics and tools. And we want to help you do the same.
Enter Blueprint: our magic 8-ball for ideas. It’s everything we’ve learned about experimentation over the years condensed into a set of expert-curated playbooks.
We spent a lot of time on each playbook, update them monthly, and plan to add new ones each quarter. You can find more information below and please feel free to email us personally with any questions. We'll answer as soon as possible.
What’s in a Blueprint?
Blueprints contain everything you need to go from idea → effective experiment. Each one includes:
Key challenges. Each type of business presents its own unique set of challenges to a prospective experimenter. Blueprint gives you a window into the key challenges that you’ll face so that you’re not caught off guard.
Strategy for addressing them. Based on the type of business you’re looking to build, you’ll get a strategy that’s been proven to work based on other's experience.
Examples of successful experiments. Massive businesses have been built out of what started as simple experiments. Companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Uber -- the list goes on. Each Blueprint includes stories about companies who have successfully leveraged experimentation to launch their business.
Recommended tools to get you started. An experiment isn’t about building the ultimate version of your product. So we’re not going to suggest that your first step should be to invest $100k in building out an app. Instead, we suggest specific tools that you can use on their own, or together, in order to cobble together the very first version of your product or service. You’ll be shocked at what you can accomplish without using a single line of custom code.
Experts to follow. Go direct to the best sources of information and inspiration: the experts themselves. We curate lists of experts -- from investors to operators -- and link to their blogs, Twitter profiles, and more where you can read from the folks who have done it before.
Who is Blueprint for?
The goal of Blueprint is to help you identify the strategies and tactics you should employ to test a business concept. In other words: Blueprint is the very first step for anyone with a new business idea.
How much does it cost?
We’re committed to helping people from all corners of the world get their ideas off the ground, so Blueprint is free for the time being.
